01Search

Step 1: Search people, companies or the jobs they post

Find People filters by title, seniority and country. Find Companies by growth, headcount and what they are hiring for. Find Jobs pulls open roles, so you reach a team the week it starts hiring. All three search ZicBook, our own people and company directory.

02Enrich

Step 2: Waterfall enrichment, cheapest provider first

Pick what to find and the providers to try, in order. The waterfall stops at the first one that answers, so you pay for one result, not four.

  • Drag to reorder, switch a provider off to skip it
  • Run only when a condition is met
  • Emails verified: Valid, Catch-all, Risky or Invalid

03AI columns

Step 3: An AI column is a prompt that runs on every row

Ask a question once, type / to pull in any column, and ZicAgent answers it for each row. Define outputs if you want the answer and the reasoning in separate fields.

  • Research the company's website first
  • Text, number, yes or no, list or object outputs
  • Preview on a few rows before you run all

04Grade

Step 4: A fit grade from A to F on every lead

Tell ZicAgent about your business once. It scores every row and writes a one line reason in Match fit. Insights groups the table by grade, and the grade window lets you copy, export or bin a whole grade at once.

  • A is 75 and up, F is under 30

05Clean up

Step 5: Clean lists, nothing lost

Duplicates finds the same email on more than one row and merges them in one click. Import a CSV into a new table, or merge one into a table you have. Deleted rows wait in Trash.

The six things people ask us most, in short answers.

Where does the data come from?

Searches run on ZicBook, our own directory of people, companies and job openings. Enrichment runs through the data providers you put in a waterfall, in the order you choose.

Do I pay when a provider finds nothing?

The waterfall stops at the first provider that answers, so you pay for the one result. Each card in the actions panel shows its price before you run it.

How is the fit grade worked out?

ZicAgent reads each row against the business details you give it and returns a score from 0 to 100. 75 and up is A, 60 is B, 45 is C, 30 is D and anything lower is F.

Can I bring my own lists?

Yes. Import a CSV as a new table, or merge one into a table you already have. Rows with the same email are flagged in Duplicates.

What happens to rows I delete?

They go to Trash. Rows can be restored for 45 days and whole tables for 90 days.

Can I send to a list straight from the table?

Yes. Tick the rows you want, or open a grade window, and add them to a campaign from the bulk actions. Nothing to export or import.
