How we calculate
Four steps, nothing hidden
The same sums run in the calculator and in the PDF report.

Emails and leads
A monthly goal is divided by your sending days, a daily goal multiplied by them. Leads a month are the monthly emails divided by the emails per lead (the steps in your sequence), rounded up.

Mailboxes and domains
Emails a day divided by 20 per mailbox, rounded up. Then mailboxes divided by 3 per domain, rounded up.

Monthly costs
Mailboxes, leads, the email verifier (addresses divided by 1,000, times the price per 1,000), your ZicReach plan and any other monthly costs. The plan is the smallest whose monthly credits cover your emails, at 1 credit per email sent.

Month by month
Month 1 adds all domains, paid upfront for the year. Months 2 to 12 are the monthly costs only, and month 13 adds the renewal. Per email is the first year total divided by the year's emails.

Why 20 emails a day per mailbox?
Sending a small number of cold emails from each mailbox keeps the volume looking like a person writing, which protects your sender reputation. ZicReach recommends at most 20 a day per mailbox, and you can change it under Advanced.
Why only 3 mailboxes per domain?
Spreading mailboxes across domains means one domain with a problem affects only a few mailboxes. ZicReach recommends 3 mailboxes per domain, and you can change it under Advanced.
Which ZicReach plan does it pick?
Each email sent uses 1 credit, so it picks the smallest plan whose monthly credits cover your monthly emails: Starter (10,000 credits, $49 a month), Growth (50,000 credits, $99 a month), Scale (200,000 credits, $249 a month). You can change the price or remove the row.
Why is the first month higher?
Domains are paid for a year at a time, so all of them are paid in month 1. Months 2 to 12 cover only the monthly costs, and month 13 adds the domain renewal.
Do I need to pay for leads and email verification?
Only if you buy them elsewhere. Leave the lead price at 0 if you find leads in ZicReach's Leads Engine with your credits. ZicReach's email verifier can use your own Reoon or other verifier key, so enter what your verifier charges per 1,000.
