A new subject, topic and length for each send, never one the mailbox sent before. Emails with spam words, links, capitals or too many exclamation marks are rewritten or not used.

Your mailboxes send to and reply to mailboxes in the warmup pool. Anything that lands in spam is moved to the inbox, marked read and answered, which teaches providers that your mail is wanted.
Write
Prefer emails you can read first? On paid plans, answer a few questions and pick how many, and the AI writer drafts a set about the things you really email about, at 1 credit per email. Or write your own, or mix them with the built-in library.
Watch
Health starts at 100 and loses a point for each warmup email that lands in spam over the last 14 days, plus a penalty when campaign bounces climb. Below your limit, campaigns stop using the mailbox. Warmup keeps going until it recovers.

React
Inbox placement compares how many people still engage at Google, Microsoft, Yahoo and others against each provider's own baseline. When one collapses, it tells you what to do.

100 minus spam landings minus bounce penalty equals health.
One point for each warmup email that landed in spam in the last 14 days. Old landings drop out, so a mailbox can recover.

Sending warmup does not. Email warmup is free and unlimited on every plan, the free plan included. On paid plans, Write every warmup email with AI writes each warmup email new from your company details for 1 credit per AI written warmup email, and sending them stays free. If credits run out, warmup keeps sending its usual emails. Other credits are spent on campaign email, AI writing, ZicAgent on our model and contact data.
